This book could have been written by anyone including someone who has never ran there own practice There were no specifics about starting a practice nor was there any great insight. I would expect a book written for physicians to be more informative than this.

Author bio is on back cover of book, and was viewed by clicking on the 'Back Cover' tab on Amazon.Further google search indicates the author is American Board Certified and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and practicing in British Columbia, Canada.

This book is just absolutely awful! There is no way it was written by a medical professional and what it contains is virtually useless for a licensed practitioner in the process of establishing a private practice.
