There are 3 words that spring to mind on reading Yael Zofi's "A Manager's Guide to Virtual Teams" - Practical, Insightful, & Comprehensive, and I'm tempted to use the adjective "extremely" before each of these descriptors. In a very well structured sequence Yael covers all the essential aspects of virtual teams, from set up to success and beyond.
So, this book is written very well and readable for the average non-high tech person because it's focus is on the PEOPLE. The author uses great organization to his book highlighting the big picture view, then going specific into detail.
In reading this book, thus far, it is a great read. Your approach reminds me of using the MS Projects Application.
